I wanted to send a quick note to say thank you for taking such good care of me during my transport  over the last year. EMT’s like Sarah Torres, T.J. Moats, Jenni Reza, Rudy Reza, Joseph Vacula, Amber Issaas, and many others whose last name I know not but are diligent, helpful, and very professional in their respective endeavors. Details like transport heat, head and body coverings in the rain, assistance in standing and sitting, medical inquiries during transport, genuine focus are all but a few of the skill-sets brought with their professionalism.

At times I am feeling very anxious about my dialysis. However, I have been made to feel comfortable and safe. Your compassion and gentle care during the ride really made a difference in my days.

Mrs. Blick said Eileen and Zac’s compassion, kindness, professionalism, and understanding set the tone for a Dr’s visit that had the possibility of being not good news. Sadly, it was not.
