Reliance Medical Transport is veteran-owned company, committed to providing prompt, professional, and compassionate service to our community. We place total focus on patient comfort and safety, treating every patient the way we would want one of our own family members treated.
Reliance Medical Transport was formed in Virginia Beach, Virginia in 2014 with only two employees and two ambulances. Today, we have almost 100 team members, and we’re proud to celebrate our ongoing growth throughout Virginia and North Carolina.

Our Mission
Our mission is to offer an exemplary level of quality pre-hospital and inter-facility private medical transportation by upholding the highest standards of safety, patient care, punctuality, professionalism, and customer service.
While we are a private, for-profit medical transportation company, it is our policy to never sacrifice the quality of care and service to our patients and employees for the sake of a larger profit margin.

Reliance in the Community
Reliance Medical Transport is focused on giving back to the communities we serve.
One of our favorite charitable team fundraisers is our quarterly T-shirt drive. Team members purchase custom-made t-shirts for a charitable cause and all funds go directly to the organization. Together, we’ve supported Women Supporting Women (breast cancer awareness), the Prostate Cancer Foundation, and many more.
We also like to give back through local sponsorships and by visiting local schools to tell them more about what our community helpers do.
